Non-Returnable Items:
– Opened software, digital goods, chargers, cables, and small accessories once unsealed
Refunds:
– After inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
– Refunds are issued via the original payment method
– Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped
